the Creative Coaching becomes a Master!

are very happy and excited to announce that in the methodology that I developed together with prof. And Dr. Maria Rita Parsi. Massimo Del Monte, the Creative Coaching has become the subject of a Master, one of the first in Italy on this topic.

A few months ago we were working on this project with the Institute Superior University educational psychology and social sciences "Project Man" and an important collaboration was born that I present in the next lines:

The Master in "Educational change and Creative Coaching" is the first Italian masters degree in coaching and training.

The aim of the course is to provide participants the opportunity to learn theories, methods and techniques
skills to be able to "do" and to be able to "be" a coach-trainer, thanks to an intense path and the presence of teachers highly qualified.

The solid theoretical foundation of the module are integrated with the educational experience on the field of teachers with the tools and techniques known and effective on the world in order to prepare participants to act on people and companies with the highest level of efficiency,
quality and ethics.

The Masters Program in Educational Change and Creative Coaching "is the only course that allows access to four national and international certifications :





Diploma of Postgraduate Master Degree in "Teaching of Cam edly and Creative Coaching" approved by the Faculty of Science Salesian Pontifical University training .


(Certification obtained by holders of bachelor's degree. Alternatively, for other qualifications shall be granted the certification course training in "Teaching and Coaching Creative Change")




Certification AT 101 "Theoretical and practical application Transactional Analysis"

As can be seen every year in Italy, France and more generally in Europe, there is a loss of points for innovation. If this trend is confirmed, we are doomed, despite some brilliant exceptions, to be excluded from global competition.
