1.perché avete scritto questo libro?
Perché abbiamo constatato che gli educatori hanno una funzione centrale per la nostra società: prepararci ad affrontare le sfide del futuro.
In un mondo sempre più complesso e in permanente cambiamento le soluzioni esistenti si sono dimostrate raramente sufficienti e c’è bisogno di nuove soluzioni.
Nel mondo della scuola c’è uno stato di generale di insoddisfazione.

2.How is the book structured?
We started with interviews of some students and some professors. It is the confrontation between them that has helped us strengthen our proposals.

3.What is the influence of age on their own culture and creativity. The culture of belonging

Alcuni li abbiamo ‘rubati’ dal passato, per esempio dagli esercizi spirituali di Ignazio
Loyola, da Roberto Assaggioli.
Altri sono nati, nel corso del tempo, nei nostri gruppi di ricerca.


5.Qual è il rapporto tra creatività e innovazione?
La maggior parte delle ricerche segnala la modesta competitività dell’Italia proprio su quei fronti che qualificano l’innovazione e la qualità, con particolare riguardo al settore dei servizi sia privati sia pubblici.
