THE RETIRING ENI.
The ENI leave the land of Filibusta better known as the paradise of crude oil. In fact, as a result of contractual changes made by the Bolivarian revolutionary government has substantially changed the position of the company compared to the local Italian PDVSA. Contracts signed at the time between representatives of the Italian group and the Government of Venezuela for the exploitation of local oil fields then defined as "Operating Conventions" in which the operator in case the ENI to have then extracted through production to local PDVSA, which is responsible for marketing.
In this trade agreement signed in the 90 the operator bears the risk of exploration and invoiced PDVSA in the amount of crude extract at a price considered reasonable especially when oil fluctuated in a band between 10 and 20 dollars a barrel. In the light of increases in general convulsive hydrocarbons and crude oil in particularly the revolutionary government decided to give it a shot at the helm of these conventions signed with the majority of operators around the world including the ENI oil that already at the current price of $ 60 a barrel is much cheaper to create a new figure that the revolution and his prophet have referred to as a mixed company in which foreign operators are entitled to only 30% of the shares and therefore the activity.
Again everything is, and nationalization under the ax to fall Chavez already not only the large farms now invaded by farmers' cooperatives which have no title to property without violating the borders and settle in the centers of production by forcing owners to come agreements under pressure and sometimes threats of the authorities, falling buildings in the center of its capital Caracas have been invaded by the homeless in many cases protected by the same local police, but rather that the contracts were signed by the governments legitimacy are canceled today following the famous principle
"The law and the constitution are interpreted in agreement with the interests of the revolution" Words uttered by the prosecutor of the republic of Venezuela, on numerous occasions.
Some of the companies belonging to former operational meetings have accepted the transition to the new form of contract offered by the revolutionary regime.
"If the opposition will not present candidates in the upcoming presidential elections celebrated in the month of December 2006 he will present a proposal to change the constitution to be appointed as President of Lifetime"
would be accepted this proposal?? Surely you already that the current unicameral parliament consists only of members of the revolutionary party and therefore entirely subject to the will of the leader. Hello
ENI, with you goes another little piece of Italy
