Ecco, in linguaggio calcistico tanto amato nel nostro bel paese il risultato al primo tempo dell'incontro fra Maria Corina Machado, lider emergente della ONG denominata SUMATE contro l'agguerrito e sempre disposto alla lite Hugo Rafael Chavez Fria, meglio conosciuto come ex colonnello ribelle imprigionato per tradimento fallito nell'anno 1992 ed ora presidente della republica " Bolivariana " del Venezuela.
La ragione della aggressione del regime rivoluzionario condotto dal " comandante " Chavez contro la ONG SUMATE data dei tempi del referendum consultivo poi trasformatosi in revocatorio. In effetti la organizzazzione civile SUMATE sin da allora si é dedicata a sottolineare tutti gli aspetti legali e costituzionali tanto dei referendum come delle elezioni esigendo in ogni manifestazione di tipo elettorale il compimento delle legge e regolamenti previsti.
